1. What is SAL HOTEL ACADEMY?
SAL HOTEL ACADEMY combines a real hospitality business in Sal, Cape Verde, with a practical training environment. The hotel creates a real operating environment; the Academy turns that environment into practical skills, experience and opportunity.
2. Why are you raising €200,000?
Our €200,000 goal is designed to fund the renovation and sustainable modernization of the hotel, support the rent-to-buy structure, purchase equipment and technology, and provide the working capital needed to launch the Hotel + Academy model.
3. Where will my donation go?
Funds will be dedicated exclusively to the SAL HOTEL ACADEMY project in Sal: renovation, sustainable improvements, hotel and training equipment, technology, operational setup and the development of the Academy.
4. What happens if the €200,000 goal is not reached?
The project is scalable. If sufficient funds are raised for a smaller hospitality operation, we will adapt the Hotel + Academy model accordingly. If the amount is insufficient for a hotel operation, the funds will be directed to developing the training and Academy component in Sal.
5. What do I receive as a Founder?
Depending on your contribution, you can receive Founder recognition, digital certificates, inclusion on the Founders Wall, voting opportunities and other rewards connected to the project.
6. How can I follow the project after donating?
We will publish ongoing updates through the Transformation Diary and Impact Updates, allowing our Founders to follow the project’s development, renovation, training activities and milestones over time.
